Wayne Thompson joined Stallion Tiger in August 2020 as the in Country Managing Director.
Wayne has over 35 years of extensive experience in the Military and Private Security Sectors.
Through his dedication, hard work, and committed perseverance, he has proven his adaptability and professionalism by growing and managing large multinational security companies on the European and African Continents.
He has a diverse knowledge in all aspects of electronic security, manned guarding, and a wealth of proven management skills.

An ex Artillery Officer of the Ghana Army, Victor retired and broadened his knowledge and experience in security in the United Kingdom, Europe and the Middle East. Heading the security department at Standard Chartered Bank, Victor joined Stallion Tiger in 2015 as General Manager. An asset with local knowledge, dedication and commitment.

Richard has good experience in Auditing and Accounting. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Professional Studies, Legon Accra. He worked with the Mazar Ghana, an international firm of Chartered Accountants. He is poised with interpreting accounting and financial information. Richard joined Stallion Tiger in 2015

Rebecca has worked in various capacities in the security industry for the past 15 years. Currently, she works as administrator responsible for operational duties, payroll queries and HR matters. Rebecca joined Stallion Tiger as Operations Assistant in Dec. 2013 as our Mamma and keeps us all in tune and on the right path, handling all easy roster, postings and daily reports.
